Beginner's Series
A 4-class series dedicated to learning about the practice of yoga in a non-intimidating environment, in which people can find comfort in their body.We'll work on good alignment principles, learn some breathing and meditation techniques, and begin to explore new postures from the ground up. Meets 1x per week over 4 weeks and is offered consistently throughout the year.
What is Tropical Yoga?

Any 'Tropical' class on the schedule specifies a 'hot yoga' experience. The studio is pre-warmed to approximately 90°F so that your practice will tap the detoxifying and 'reducing' benefits of deep sweating. Towel and water are required for Tropical classes.

International Yoga Festival, Rishikesh, India Awaits You

Michelle and I have reconfigured the itinerary for our upcoming trip to India to include five days at the International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh, as well as a trip to Dharmasala in the Himalayas to visit the residence of the Dali Lama. The Yoga Fest features classes with renowned Indian and American Iyengar teachers, Vinyasa star Shiva Rea, Master Kundalini Yoga Teacher Gurmukh Kaur Kalsa, Internationally revered Ayurvedic scholar and practitioner Dr. David Frawley and so many more.
